5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if:

    • The item is unused, unopened, and unworn.

    • It is in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    • The exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges during exchange (both ways, if applicable).

  • We do not offer exchange on Sale/Clearance items.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
